Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on the following:

- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
